Tasting Notes: Very light-coloured, intentionally not very macerated and low alcoholic. With a very fresh, perfumed and distinctive aroma, it departs from the classic Bastado profile. Characterised by some rusticity. Once in the mouth is slender, light, irreverent, elegant and with a good acidity but gastronomic. Challenging!
