Very unusual profile, citrine yellow colour and bright appearance. It benefits from the Upper Douro terroir, schist/granite transition, giving it a very interesting aromatic profile and good acidity. In the mouth, it impresses by its good freshness, mineral character and remarkable texture, which gives it an enormous gastronomic and storage aptitude.
